I generally try and make my characters look like me (or my fursona if they have furry character options). The only exceptions are, Fallout 2, Demon Souls, and a lot of shooters because there are mechanical differences. Fallout 2 has special dialogue for women and makes saving Vic easy as fuck, Demon Souls has armors that are specific to gender, and female characters in shooters often tend to be smaller and thus harder to shoot.
So I guess I am gender fluid, but only if I gain an advantage when changing genders.
