The good old days when the first thing you did when buying that old beater was change the radio to one with CDs or even MP3s… Of course if you didn’t have the budget for that you could always get one of these cassettes with a jack cable to plug into your disc man, the only issue is it would skip when you hit a pothole.
Quark yogurts are your friend, I get some that have 25g of protein per serving for only around 130cal, I top them with a bit of muesli so they’re less boring and the whole snack is then like 180/190cal and way more filling and more protein than a bar with similar calories (they’re already flavoured as well)…
Despite all the noise around this, I find it strange how little we seem to be taking this seriously, like they’re the ramblings of a confused old man rather than threats made by the president of the United States…
The final destination scene was one thing but do you all remember that real video where it was I think a brick that just obliterates one of the occupants, you don’t see much but you hear the reaction from the other passenger and it fucking haunts you for years.
