I know there used to be a lot, but they kept being closed down and I haven’t been able to find a working one. (If there is a discord equivalent, that also works for me) Thanks!!
Create an account on Z-Library (beware of fake sites), in there you’ll find instructions of how to create your own bot. This way the bot will only be accessible to you and won’t trigger the CR restrictions.
Install Telegram from the official website. The google play version has copyright restrictions.
I used to use a few TG bots too back in the day, but switched entirely to Annas archive in terms of ebooks, which I can rly recommend
