Yeah big brands can screw up too, I had several spools of coax fail once, and it turned out the whole batch had a problem. I’m just glad no one pulled first, tested later.
It’s sad how much waste goes into building stuff. Like you really don’t see it till you’re in it, it’s mind boggling how many plastic baggies I get from digikey for example.
Working on environmental r&d I keep trying to tell myself the ends justify the means, the ends justify the means, but… worried about it.
