    South Texan here, a lot of names are “non-white” (Hispanic), I mean it’s as common as water for anyone to have a Hispanic sounding last name anywhere San Antonio and further south - birth or marriage (and marriage is common, and there are a bajillion mixed-race people/kids here). This incident is taking place in probably the most southern part of Texas, literally miles from the Mexican border. The chances of Hispanic last names being 90% of the population goes up dramatically.

    I instead suspect someone ratted them out, a rival or hater etc. and ICE saw a way to make a news headline for Trump propoganda.
